The terms and conditions herein, hereinafter referred to as (the 'Agreement'), are agreements between Port 80 Co., Ltd. and other affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as 'Silverman') as the service provider of websites and applications on behalf of Silverman to the Users or Silverman Application Users (hereinafter referred to as the 'User') as a User.

Please read this Agreement carefully and completely. To acknowledge and understand the rights and obligations of Silverman and the users that will be in the best interest of the users.

This Agreement governs and sets a guideline for the use of Silverman's services on the Websites and Applications, which is solely on Silverman's policy and discretion. The above terms and conditions are as follows

1. By using the Silverman Website or Application accepted on the condition that the user agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement that are different from those specified in this Agreement without any changes or exceptions. Users are not considered to be allowed (Either directly or indirectly) to use or the services on the Silverman website or applications unless the user has expressed his intention to agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in all respects before beginning use or service. IF USER DOESN'T AGREE TO THESE TERMS OR CONDITIONS, Silverman will not grant you access to Silverman's services, websites or applications, without regard to you as a user of Silverman, and will not be liable for any damages which may arise from using all Silverman websites or applications.
2. Silverman is a platform for hosting applications and websites. To serve as a medium for communication between juristic committees or juristic management companies responsible for project management with residents. It is able to communicate, announce news, update information, request for service, or leaving a comment on a public or private area. It will notify residents for billing and invoicing, also including notifying when parcels arrived. It can be used to attend e-meetings and e-vote. However, the service provided by Silverman does not include; accuracy of information displayed on the app or website of Silverman, and Silverman does not manage or operate in any way about any user's residences, juristic committee or juristic management companies of the project. It is only an intermediary in showing information and providing information to the website users only.
3. User access to use or service needs to download the Silverman app, post announcements, receive notifications, chat, communicate with project entities or project management personnel, apply for membership, press any command menu. Or by pressing to the next page on the website or app, Silverman holds the user's electronic signature. This is the intention of the user who thoroughly understands and agrees to abide by the terms. All conditions set out in this Agreement and regulations that are in accordance with Silverman's policies in all respects.
4. All Silverman platforms, website and apps, all intellectual property rights associated with the platform, member accounts, information, content and services. On the website and in apps, Silverman is the sole property of Silverman. Users only get limited privileges. Not limited to the sole, and may be revoked unless otherwise stated in this Agreement. All intellectual property rights in connection with the content posted by the user are owned by the users or their respective licensors.
5. Silverman does not guarantee the accuracy of any information as shown on the Silverman website and apps, as some information is involved in creating website information by the users and the users of the website itself; such as announcing the information on the project. Silverman is therefore not liable for any legal action for website users, juristic committees or juristic management companies responsible for project management with project members or to other persons. To suffer losses and damages, both direct and indirect from the information displayed on the website. However, if Silverman receives a notification or complaint that the information in that part inflicts damage to any person. Silverman reserves the right to consider such information as appropriate, which may lead to discontinuation of publication. Such information as appropriate However, the user of the website that generates such information remains responsible for the damage to that person.
6. The users of the Silverman website are prohibited from doing anything which is an offensive insult to the institute, religion, and related to the Royal family. 7. Information on the Silverman website and apps that are generated by the users of the website. The creator of the information agrees that the information will be truthful. No claims that they are sponsored or endorsed by Silverman without permission, including not doing any action that appears to be harmful or interfere with the operation of the website. If the user of the Silverman website does the above, they will agree to indemnify the victim solely.
8. Users of the Silverman website and apps must maintain good access to the Silverman website and app if any action is taken, or inappropriate use of the Silverman website and apps, whether by you or by others which is accessed through your account. You will take responsibility for such cases.
9. Silverman can stop accounts of users without prior notice if particularly when a user violates Silverman's terms and conditions of use. Silverman's judgment is final, Silverman website and app users are not entitled to any damages from Silverman.
10. Users acknowledge and agree that various financial transactions such as payment of common fee bills, water bills, electricity bills or other expense transactions that the User and juristic persons have made financial transactions through a channel on the operating system on the website. www.silverman.app and sub-sites or on SILVERMAN applications in either the IOS system or the ANDROID system on mobile phones or other mobile devices with Silverman. Silverman is not responsible. If there is a case of error or damage from such financial transactions, whether civil or criminal because Silverman serves as the hosting provider for communication between users and financial service companies only
11. Silverman has the right to terminate the service immediately without any conditions if the service user uses a fake or stolen Credit card, without the permission of the card owner, to buy services.
12. Silverman reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend the User's account. And / or suspend the provision of any other service, wholly or partly, at any time if there are any of the following reasons.
    (A) In the event that Silverman believes it is necessary and / or wishes to secure the User's account.
    (B) In the event that any transaction is detected by Silverman, and unilaterally considered that, contrary to these terms and conditions or the terms of the security of the user account as specified by Silverman. There is any other reasonable cause to suspect that it is of a fraudulent nature or is an unlawful act.
    (C) In the event of any transaction of a commercial nature or looking for profits through a channel on the operating system on the website www.silverman.app or on the Silverman app on the carrier's mobile phone or other mobile device, such as advertising or supplying. Being a middleman for real estate trading in the user's project or other projects.
    If Silverman suspends the user's account according to the above reasons, Silverman allows the user to resume the service normally only when the reason for such account suspension has expired.
13. Silverman has the right to review, change, modify, delete or add to all information on the Silverman website and apps, including any information. On the website that is generated by the user of the website as you see fit and Silverman's decisions are final. Users of the Silverman website and apps are not entitled to any claims against Silverman, except for their personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2019.
14. All information appearing on the Silverman website and apps is the sole copyright of Silverman. No one is allowed to reproduce, modify, in part or in whole without permission. If doing the above is considered an offense as provided by law. Except for personal information under the Personal Data Protection Act 2019.
15. Silverman shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the website, either direct or indirect in any way.
16. Silverman holds the title to all copies, application and content. Even after the applications and content have been installed on mobile phones or other devices. In the same way the user only receives a license to use or services on Silverman applications.
17. The registered project domain name cannot be renamed. If the user wants a new project name, the user must pay for the new domain registration fee.
18. Silverman will proceed to go-live the service immediately within 24-72 hours on working days after receiving proof of payment that includes all information necessary for creating a new project. If the service/subscription fees have already been paid; however, submit incomplete details, such as not specifying taxpayer identification number, or juristic person manager, or contact number, or no contact within 1 month, the service provider has the rights to cancel the order.
19. Silverman has no refund policy for service/subscription fees in any way; except for breach of terms by the service provider.
20. Silverman will have a service expiration reminder notification system. which will be notified periodically to remind the users. If the user does not pay the service fee within 7 days, the service provider is obliged to suspend the service temporarily. After the expiration of 30 days, the service provider needs to remove the user's information from the system. without being able to retrieve those data back again.
21. Silverman will contact you via email that you have purchased. If you want to change the administrator, or the email used to contact, please use the email that you ordered to notify. If you are unable to use the same email notification, the service provider may request additional documents such as Company Certificate, Project Tax ID Certificate, Receipt, etc. If such information is not available, the service provider cannot provide confidential information to the requester in any cases.
22. Any files used by users on Silverman, such as PDF. Files, Word Files, Excel Files, Photo Files, etc. If those files are infected by a virus, they will be automatically deleted from the system without prior notice.
23. Silverman reserves the right to amend, add or change the terms and conditions of use. Silverman website and apps service without prior notice. Silverman's decision is final. The users of the Silverman website are not entitled to any damages from Silverman.
