Terms & Conditions

1. Service available only in Bangkok & the metropolitan area, and only within covered service zones.
2. 1 booking per housekeeper per appointment, based on booked hours. If you want to add hours for general cleaning in Bangkok or the metropolitan area, the additional charge is 278.20 THB per hour.
3. The provider will bring equipment and cleaning solutions. Service is for general cleaning and is not Big Cleaning (post-construction/renovation work or spaces not cleaned for more than 2 months).
4. If the provider arrives at the appointment but cannot enter due to a no-show or cancellation by the customer, cancellation fees apply: cancel 24+ hours before = 4% fee (96% refund); cancel 24 to 2 hours before = 50% fee (50% refund); cancel under 2 hours before = no refund in any case.
5. Beneat damage insurance covers breakage or damage to your property during services booked via the Beneat application only. Coverage is for damage only, not loss or theft. The company is not responsible for lost property; do not leave valuables in the service area. Maximum coverage limit is 100,000 THB.
6. Beneat guarantees workmanship and satisfaction. If anything is unfinished, you can ask the provider to fix it or contact customer service with details (within 24 hours after service completion) for rework.
7. Insurance claim conditions: for both damage and satisfaction claims, you must report details to our staff within 24 hours from the appointment time. Claims reported after 24 hours are not accepted. The insurer will assess based on actual value minus depreciation. If pricing cannot be determined, the company or insurer may use comparable market pricing.
8. Privileges cannot be transferred, sold, converted to cash, or combined with other discounts.
