Services are only available in Bangkok & surrounding areas and cover only the specified service areas!!
Booking is limited to 1 booking per housekeeper for the number of hours booked. If customers wish to extend the hours for general cleaning services in Bangkok and surrounding areas, an additional charge of 278.20 THB per hour will apply.
The cleaning service provider will supply the necessary equipment and cleaning agents for the service. The service provided is general cleaning and does not include deep cleaning *(Deep Cleaning refers to cleaning after construction, decoration, or if the area has not been cleaned for more than 2 months).
If the service provider arrives at the service location on the scheduled date and time but cannot provide the service due to the customer's no-show or cancellation, a cancellation fee will apply as follows:
- If cancelling more than 24 hours before the appointment, a fee of 4% of the total payment will apply [you will receive a 96% refund].
- If cancelling between 24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment, a fee of 50% of the total payment will apply [you will receive a 50% refund].
- If cancelling less than 2 hours before the appointment, the company reserves the right not to refund any service fees under any circumstances.
BeNeat provides damage insurance in case the service provider damages your property during the service booked through the BeNeat application only.
** Insurance covers only damage but does not cover loss of property. The company is not responsible for any loss of property; therefore, customers should not leave any valuables in the service area. The maximum insurance coverage is 100,000 THB.
BeNeat guarantees work quality and customer satisfaction. If there are any issues, customers can inform the service provider to rectify the problem or contact customer service with details of the issue (within 24 hours after service completion) for resolution.
Conditions for making an insurance claim:
- For insurance claims (both damage and satisfaction insurance), customers must notify the staff within 24 hours from the appointment time only. ** The company reserves the right to deny claims if reported after 24 hours.
- The insurance company will assess the value based on actual conditions and deduct depreciation.
- If the product price cannot be determined, the company or insurance company may use comparable prices from similar products available in the market.
Special privileges cannot be transferred, sold to others, converted to cash, or exchanged for other discounts.
